Fair duel
One set each, same exercise, one minute. For the plank the clock runs up to ten minutes and the longer hold wins.
Reps alone decide it, and it counts toward your tier.
Duel a friend or someone at your level, live, in push-ups, squats, crunches or plank. Each phone counts its own player with the camera, and your opponent sees your count, never your video.
Free on iPhone and Android. No ads.
Pick the kind of fight and one or more exercises, then search. Or call a friend.

Your class and gear join the fight: every rep is a hit, and each hero has health. The stronger hero can win with fewer reps.
Three calls a week for free, no limit with Premium.
Volume over a day, three days or a week. Whoever does more reps in that time wins.
Your regular sets in that time count, so there is no separate set to do. A race is always a challenge you send to someone.
Live. You and your opponent are both in the game. One minute each, and the score shows at once.
Recorded. You do your set now, and your opponent answers with theirs within two days. Their figure repeats the set second by second on the same track as yours.
Search. The first 20 seconds look only for live opponents. After that the search also takes recorded sets from players at your step or one either side.
Each phone counts its own player with the camera, the same way for both. Only the count crosses over.
Ten tiers, a room of eight each week. Drag the slider to see where your week would end.
Your points are how much of your week plan you have done, added up across exercises: finish the plan in one and that is 100. So a beginner and a strong player can share a room fairly.
The week closes on Monday at 12:00 UTC. The top half of the active players moves a rung up, the bottom third moves down, and zero points drops you a rung whatever your place. Everyone active gets crystals: 5, plus up to 45 more for the share of the room you finished above.

Every Monday sign-up opens for each exercise, and you can join several. The draw happens at eight players, or on Tuesday with at least four.
Each round lasts two days, and a match is one set against one, like a regular fight. Miss your set by the deadline and you are out. Rewards go only to players who did their sets.
Gold frame on the champion’s portrait for the week
60 crystals for the champion
Legendary chest with a diamond key, once a season; a forged chest in other weeks
Forged chest for the finalist There is no link to send. Each player has a permanent friend code, and swapping codes once is enough.

Yes. Training and the tower work without one, but the Arena asks you to sign in. Your friend code is also tied to your account.
Yes. Swap codes once and you are friends in the app. Call them for a live fight when you are both in the game, or record your set and send it as a challenge: they have two days to answer with theirs.
Yes. Fair duels, races, the league and the tournament are free, and there are no ads. Hero duels are free three times a week; Premium removes that limit.
A live fight needs both players in the game. If your opponent leaves, the fight doesn’t happen and your set counts as training. You can call again or search for someone at your step.
For the first 20 seconds the search looks only for live opponents. After that it also takes recorded sets from players at your step or one either side. You can also record a set yourself: it waits three days for someone to answer.
No. During a live fight your phone sends one number, your count, once a second. Your opponent sees your portrait and that number.
Push-ups, squats, crunches and plank. A duel lasts one minute; in the plank the clock runs up to ten minutes and the longer hold wins. Measure yourself in an exercise before you fight in it.

Measure your max, then find someone at your step or call a friend.
