How minutes come and go
A trade you choose, not a punishment. Nothing is locked unless you pick it.
Earning
A rep earns one minute at the start. Every five hero levels the rate goes up by a tenth, up to two minutes per rep, so the lock gets a little kinder as you train more.
Spending
Minutes run down while a locked app is open. What you don’t spend burns at midnight, except ten morning minutes you can turn off.
Mornings
By default ten minutes carry over from the evening into the morning, so you can read something before your first set. Turn them off and the morning stays locked until you train.
Your own rate
Premium lets you choose your own rate, half the minutes per rep or double, and No retreat commits the lock for a day, a week or a month so you don’t cave halfway.

Does the app see which apps I lock?
No. You pick the apps in the system window, and the game only learns how many you locked, not which ones.
Is it on iPhone?
Yes, on iPhone and Android. On iPhone the lock runs on Apple’s Screen Time controls, on Android it uses the system’s app usage access.
What happens to minutes I don’t use?
They burn at midnight, except ten morning minutes that carry over if you leave that setting on.
